Offering to the GRM world before they go up on eBay.
A set of 12" Rover Minilite wheels. 4x4" bolt pattern. Convert your Mini to larger brakes or just pimp it out with some dubs.
Good condition, with two small sections of damage from installation tools and one scuff on a spoke. The worst is shown below. Hmm, I should have cleaned that up a bit first.
Currently fitted with 165/60-12 Yokohama Advan AO38 with lots of rubber left, but of unknown age. Great track rubber. Also included are a set of low-mileage Falken tires in the same size, good for street use. These are currently unmounted.
Bonus! Order in the next 15 minutes and you will get this free spare wheel and tire, also 12".
Currently in Grand Junction, Colorado. I'm thinking around $300 for the set, but I am open to interesting offers.
Also available - a set of 12" disc brake parts, consisting of rotors, calipers and lines.
Sorry, that's fixed now. Serves me right for having the preview turned off!
I'll get those tonight and put them up in a different thread.
I went to 10s a couple of years ago, including a set of MiniSport 7.9" brakes with the cutest little four-pot calipers you've ever seen. I'm making room in the garage for the next big project.
Don't you need some track tires for your little munchkin, David?
I have track tires--A008s. I actually already have three sets of wheels for that car: Superlites, original Innocenti Cooper rostyles and some steelies with Innocenti dog dish hub caps.
I think I should start a new trend and mount those suckers on my Caprice. Anti-Dubs! Yo! I am rollin on 12s! Then people would go smaller and smaller until Hummers were on rollerskate wheels.
I'd be hard pressed to sell them, since the 4x4 bolt pattern is the same as most small trailers. A tire trailer with minilites is the bomb.
Minilites AND Yokohama Advans :) I don't have a small trailer, just a big un' for hauling cars. Tires go in the bed of the truck. But it's a great idea for someone.
Better late than never, here are some pictures of the cute little 8.4" disc brakes. Good pads, I'm not sure if I still have the lines.
