No it doesn't. "has some rust..." = probably beyond repair.
1800's are the one car I know pretty well... and unfortunately, that car sounds like a parts car... then again, I'm jaded... would really have to see the car in person. Those pics are worthless... other than showing the car has been repainted... which is not a good sign... the black painted rockers are an especially bad omen...
Still... a '72 has the B20F... not the best "stock", but a good base motor for upgrades.
... but it's soooooo sexy.
