1986 Mustang Notch in MI: $1250

This Mustang would be an excellent candidate for a V-8 or turbo engine swap. The floors, frame rails, rear quarters, trunk floor, hood and fenders have almost no rust. The only rust seems to be under the lip of the trunk lid and on the corners of the doors. To remedy this, I will include a pair of rust-free '93 (power) doors too! The car currently has a 2.3 liter four-cylinder/stick with "dual" exhaust. The odometer reads 78,000. The red cloth seats (front and back) are in good shape. It also has new 205/55-16 Goodyear Eagle tires, a battery, Splitfire copper plugs, plug wires, head gasket, exhaust manifold gasket, an alternator, a starter and custom 16" aluminum wheels. No thanks on the trades. Interesting you would have a Suzuki GS though. I just traded my GS550 last month for a car...

UPDATE: We're spraying new paint this week. It's still basic black, but now it has the "GT-style" hood treatment.

how hard is a 5.0 swap?

engine, mounts, transmission, wiring harness (for 5.0L) fuel system upgrade (5.0L pump) different fuel feed line (5.0L specific) exhaust.

Donor cars are usually around $1000.00.
