I know these are popular here. Seller sounds stuck on his price but maybe someone can use this.....

From what I have read online, the engine in these has "problems" that are terminal....usually occurring when mileage is in the high 5 figures.
My wifes 08 6, 4 banger has been trouble free for years. We just change fluids, pads and add gas

This Volvo 740 seems like a very good deal. Turbo too.

In reply to Erich :
I dunno, I'd worry about it having lead deposits?

I'm very glad it's much closer to you than me ![devil devil](https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/static/ckeditor/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/devil_smile.png)
should we give bonus points for "stealth camping" in your wagon class entry in the hotel parking lot?
1958 Hillman wagon. I called the guy a while ago, he just called. No set price, no illusions; sitting on a jeep frame.

In reply to 914Driver :
I know someone with a Lotus frame that would be great under that.
Torn. It has the same wheelbase as a Samurai, but would look cool slammed, slicked and 'Busa'd.
In reply to 914Driver :
Is there a problem in NY with no title cars?
In reply to Erich :
I'm guessing it must have a half-million miles on it since they don't show it.

In reply to Indy-Barely Functional-Guy :
I want a Willys wagon so bad.
In reply to Stampie :
This one is close enough I could go look at it for you, and help enable a purchase
Just sayin.
I actually like the 'survivor' look, two tone on this one too.
In reply to Indy-Barely Functional-Guy :
Think they'll take a Lotus or Q45 in trade?
In reply to Stampie :
I'm confident you could swap the engine and tranny from the Q45 into it. Heck, if maschinenbau can swap a G35 drive train into a Datsun in a weekend, we could have you drive the Q45 up here, swap it all into the Willy's wagon, and have you driving home in time for work Monday.
In reply to Indy-Barely Functional-Guy :
I'm trying to get rid of vehicles not combine them. Plus I'd feel wrong putting a Japanese V8 in that.
