Is that a Fairmont?maybe an LTD. Has a Bed Stuffed in it and for a hunderd bucks its Beggin for one of us. The Battery costs Half that.
OK, let's see what I can find if I unleash the power of the Atlanta Craigslist. Got a few interesting ones.
First up, a $1000 Subie that needs a rear diff and has a pipe front bumper.
What does this $600 panel wagon have in it for a drivetrain? That's not the point. What do you WANT it to have for a drivetrain?
$500 will get you a Mercedes in need of a transmission. I'm wondering what manual options these had.
Craigslist seller says "It needs a transmission cause it slips. It needs a battery cause its dead. It needs a paint job cause its peeling. It needs a home cause I cant keep it. " I say "It needs a 3S-GTE and a 5 speed, cause this is the Challenge!"

Why oh Why is it so far away.
I'd really like to own one of these some day.... I have a bad feeling that by the time I have both the time and $$ available, they will have gone up in value to the point I will no longer be able to afford one. The quirky stlying speaks to me. and I actually don't mind the ratty look on this one.

I sent that to a friend who is in Seattle right now, trying to get him to buy it for me.
$1k '03 non-running WRX hatch NMNA
Might be a deal. Heck even as lawn art $1k might not be too much. I'm sure it would be a money pit but at least you'd know what you had at the end of the day.
These are from FB, not sure if anyone can view them:
1991 4wd Corolla wagon $180(yes, $180)
73 Plymouth Satelite wagon w/318 $1800
G body Malibu wagon. Add in a wrecked Chevy pick up truck and shake vigorous.
How about this logic and this story. Seller says, "it's a fixer upper but once fixed it will be like new."
"Paint scheme done by Prisoner of Mansfield Correctional Institution."
Batman on one side. The Joker on the other! $800 but 4cyl auto
