In Columbia Maryland.
Belongs to a friend of mine. 6 cyl, auto, 49k miles.
The good:
Been sitting in his garage for many years. He's owned it since about 1980, been in his family since original purchace. This is one of those "it's original" cars. That's the original interior, original paint, and it is not rusty or rotted.
It even has the original 1961 licence plates it was issued as a new car. The original factory service manual, in the envelope it was mailed in.
The not so good:
Carburetor is ratty. Fuel pump is new, and just quit working. Oil was sludgy (probably from decades of occassional use) and we replaced the rocker shaft with a nos assembly. Seat cloth is delicate. It's not running now, so you'll need to tow it home to play with.
Pictures:
taken (barely) with my cell phone, so the quality is less than spiffy.
PM me if you're interested. No one is looking to make a mint. Just looking to turn the car over to someone who would enjoy it.
pm'd wish you would of put a price on it
ugh, and it's a two door......Resisting for the time, please someone remove this temptation!!
My brother DD one until two years ago.
RIP Alfredo.
Oh come on, yield to temptation!
And they do make dandy daily drivers. I had one many years ago as a DD myself.
2 door FTW
don't see those often enough in good condition but been on my want list for yearsss.
good thing I'm on crutches
Price? I would like to give it a home but i would need some numbers.
Well, it's over in the $2013 forum, so it caps out at that.
Seriously, it's a neat old project, worth...? Make it $2013, or best offer.
If I were into Falcons and had the time, it wouldn't be for sale, it would be at my house. It's a darn good base to work from.

Well over or just over?
Neither.
Sorry fox, misunderstood. I saw it as well over $2013".
Realistically it is to far away away from me. This slumbering Raptor needs a good home. Dan ?
If only I had a way to get it home...
$2013 obo eh? Wow...that's damned nice. I'd feel like E36 M3 if I even thought about respraying it. I'd have to even keep the interior as-is. It would be sacrilege to change a thing on that car other than what's needed to get it running.
In reply to foxtrapper:
Any chance of getting better/more pictures of it?
If I had a tow rig, 2 grand, and a long weekend coming up...
But I don't.
