Not mine, I was considering buying it but am probably going to hold off.
Email from the seller: "yes i still have it and its a four speed and no rust on the body but the frame has minor rust"

I asked if there was any frame or floor rust and he said "yes, but I fixed it" so who knows what it could be like.
Here's another one located in the middle of the country:

noice!
I know how to fix that left-turn signal problem. Put on a fedora and drive in the left lane at 5mph less than posted...
JohnW: You should buy it and I'll trade you some stock Capri II rims for the rims that are on that car - Straight up!
That's a cracking motor, innit? Stand on me, my word is my bond.
I was thinking about this one too. What kind of parts availability are we talking about with these? Does BAT have much?
Rock Auto has some parts. There are more parts in Europe and in Oz's side of the world since they had for like another 10 years. Norm Murdock has Team Blitz but I dont know if they're around anymore since they've never answered an email from me. The nice thing is my '77 capri was just ratty enough inside and just rust free enough on the outside that I dont care if I keep anything stock. I want to throw different ford drivetrain parts at it. Just make sure that the glass and all the door and window seals are decent or you'll have to have them shipped from across the pond.
I will post up after I go see it, it has a title and drives, I will bring it home if it isn't too rusty.
Any hints on where to look for rust on these babies
Places these cars like to rust; rockers, A-pillars, windshield cowling panel, trunk subframe, rear quarters / wheel wells, floor pans.
You could basically say "everywhere" and have it over with. I've not heard of B-pillar rust actually but maybe I'm just not remembering another spot.
In addition, the front fenders have "eyebrows" over the headlights that can hold grime that can cause rust on a car that hasn't been well cared for,

Did you go see and/or buy it?
