Well we made it home. The exhaust has been patched at least 4 times before that I could see, so it will likely end up needing a whole system at next repair. rear brake shoe sounds like it came un-bonded but it made the 150 mile trip back to my brothers house. Poor thing was 2.5 quarts low on trans fluid but showed no leaks, no wet pan but had engine oil change in November with "check trans oil" box checked off. Dam shady shops likely never checked it for years.. Mileage was a bit more then we thought at 187,000 not the 120-125 but hopefully my niece and brother can squeeze a year or two out of it. she's broke after buying a nice subaru at auction needing a motor, putting a motor in her Subaru that lasted 45 days with only a 30day warranty and the yard says sorry to a 20 year old girl..
