Where's all the good smack-talk this year?! I can't enter my own car, but I can certainly help stir the pot.
Here's my contribution to start things off:
I predict that my Honda Grom pit bike gets a higher dynamic score than the parking lot build!

Well let me just be the first to say it looks like (angry) Patrick only has about 3500 hours of build time left to complete Monzora.
I'm looking for a Gastropod to win the whole enchilada proving that spending 10,000 hours building a car is completely pointless.

Ooooh, what if it's a Jag?

Are you suggesting that British engineering might be better than slapping a V6 in a Miata in a garage?
My new, generally tested challenge car will beat the stuffing out of the old and busted amc. And be the highest placing miata of the year!
(Amc has no padding that is not foam, therefore the statement about stuffing is already true by default)

That sounds EXACTLY like British Engineering...

If the stuffing gets beat out of the AMC it will be 100% due to the team of extra solenoids under the carb.
Don't worry. We installed the button in an old doorbell surround that I removed from my house when I installed our ring.

Ti wish you the best of luck with that. Bring kitty litter and a broom.

Is it wrong to repeatedly test the nitrous solenoid indoors?
I've heard nitrous can cause brain damage. Maybe you know that already?
I'm going to be a few days ahead of the cut-off, but who is bringing a Last Chance car? I'd like to keep tabs on anybody who owns their Challenge car for a shorter period of time prior to the Challenge than me.
Also, [the real]Patrick registered my number before I even knew I was going or had a Challenge car(the first time...). I am holding a grudge and vow to whoop the Wartburg's ass around the autoX course
MY DAILY DRIVER HAS BETTER AC THAN ANYBODY'S CHALLENGE CAR!
oh wait...that's not how it works, is it?

False. I'll prove it when we go on the Taco Run in the Jaaaaag.

But if it damages your brain, would you REALLY know?
Also, I live two hours from Gainesville AND I have the weekend off. It's entirely possible I could last chance/gastro the day of challenge. SWMBO gave me dirty looks.
We are excited to come out this year and hand over the Winners' Jacket to the new champions.....or maybe we'll just put a couple of turbskis on the Justang and keep the jacket another year.....

I bet it doesn't. The A/C on my Probe will freeze the antlers off a moose.

As a former owner of a mid 90s ford- can confirm- I've never seen an AC make snow on a 100 degree day before I owned that taurus.
