Why do people think wet wires will not work?

Hose down with wd 40, then dry off, replace computers and drive like mad.

I am glad I can't want this.

Almost 500 miles from Columbus... I'm safe.

Spraying a solvent like WD40 on your wiring is never a good idea. That being said, I have used wiring and ECUs from cars dunked in fresh water...without issue.

Have AAA plus? Three free tows a year of up to 100 miles each. This means I would only need two memberships in order to leapfrog the car home

Naaa, just leave it in a long term parking lot for a year then get it the rest of the way home next year
