Looks to me like he built the flatbed is too short.
That is just a Tracker, which is pretty short, and it barely fits. Additionally, the whole car sits behind the rear axle. I bet the bus would handle better if at least the car engine strattled the rear axle of the bus.

Someone posted a similar vehicle that used to be a camper. I questioned all that weight cantilevered out over the rear axle and I was corrected, a car weighs less that a shower, bed and water tanks.

Yeah, the flatbed does look short.
