wow, they both look good, though i would have to say i would take the 4 door, just hope the timing chain tensioner has been addressed...

The first one in pictures looks like it's lacking an engine.

I'll bet it is the weight of the two 12" subwoofers in the trunk that are hiking up the front end. i will also suspect that the rear shocks are shot.

well, i emailed the dude with the 318i, he says he used to work for GRM, sounds like a cool dude...

cheap and easy fix from what I understand

ya i did it on mine, the only problem i had was pushing the new one in, so much tension on the timing chain, i had to yell some choice words until it got in and threaded...

Wow the four door is nice, as in dead sexy nice. WOW

If I didn't hate red so much I would check out the four door, assuming no major hidden issues that car is an excellent deal. Someone should jump on it.
