I am thinking about getting out of the RX7 arena (mainly because I have yet to get one to run even semi-reliably).
What I have:
85 GSL-SE w/ GSL suspension and rear end. Ran badly when parked. Black with red interior. Sun roof. Good title. New(ish) RB header, pre-silencer, power pulse muffler.
82 GSL Silver with red interior and moon roof. Engine condition unknown but ran ruff briefly on old gas. Good title.
Mikuni carb with RB 12A intake.
2 2nd gen 13Bs. One completely locked the other was reported as running when pulled, I never got the chance to install/test it, should be good for a rebuild base.
Misc NA S4 parts (5-speed tranny, rad, coils...), NA S5 intake. 12A oilpan and front cover. Bonez cat replacement pipe for the 82. Misc gaskets.
Spare set of + wheels with good tires.
The RB exhaust and Mikuni/intake should be worth at least $800...maybe $800 for the rest for a total of $1600.
Any thoughts or takers? I'm located in Clover, SC. Near the Charlotte/Gastonia, NC area.
If you weren't a million billion miles away I'd buy them tonight. sigh

Bump for OBO
...and...
72 Spitfire (ran when parked)
- 1496cc engine rebuilt shortly before parking
- 4 speed non-OD trans
- dual DCOE 40s on a Cannon manifold
- Minator wheels, Kumhos might hold air but I doubt it (also new when parked)
- new top (before parked)
- been sitting for more years than I care to remember with only a cheap tarp to keep her warm
- I also have a set of crusty 4-lug wire spoke wheels for this Spit
Act now and receive a Spitfire-shaped rust scuplture circa 1978 at no extra cost...I guess it could be called a parts car. No engine, no trans.
Man you are like a project flashback. 10-15 years ago I would have (and have) traveled to the far reaches of the east coast for all that goodness.

If, by flashback, you mean I collect old crap...then you are correct sir.
Then you definately belong in this forum

Nah, those are just the same exact cars I was into before I just started buying stuff and never working on it.
Edited to add-I still buy stuff that NEEDS working on, I just don't.
