Runs Great! Has 109,--- original miles, interested in a possible swap for: MIATA, Fiat X1/9 (81-88), Merkur XR4ti, Corrado G60 or other interesting swap. Must be in good condition, as the PGT is my daily driver. It has new front Control Arms, Tierod Ends, Clutch, new Front tires, Both New Window Regulators, one New OLD stock Headlight Motor Assembly. Post Pics this evening, anyone interested? Located in Sutton, WV.
I guess it is a good thing I don't have anything to trade and no money. I used to have an 89 GT, that was a fun car even though mine was quite the beater, rather rough shape. Good luck with the sale.
I might be interested.
I had one back in 89.
What color is this quadro-ped?
Its a silverish gold color. On my way home and I'll post pics for ya

Wow, if that thing is as clean as that pic indicates... you have a nice car on your hands. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't checking the checkbook right now...... good thing it's far.
Turbo4 or is that the V6 version? It has that sci-fi dash and gauges right?
Its a 2.2 Turbo. I also forgot that I did put a new Clutch Slave Cylinder and and Master Cylinder. Its not in showroom condition by anymeans, but its really presentable. This one has the analog dash.
I wish I had something to trade.
My girl would love another one of these cars, she's been recalling her old car.
Any interest in trading for a 1994 Probe GT?
Sorry not interested in a 2nd Gen.
Not a problem, I'll keep watching to see if you wanna sell outright!
2k sound reasonable for one in pretty good shape? I found a '86 X1/9 and that's about what I'm gonna have to get it.
$2k for that car is a good deal, especially with those miles. That thing should have an easy 200k left in it.

Other than the dash cracking, that thing looks immaculate. Wish i had the cash or a good trade.
Its got a small damaged ares on the drivers fender, but nothin big by any means!
Del Sol's, Miata's, anyone?
Wait... is that digital hvac stuff? That's kindof awesome.

Those cars were very late 80's futurific. Check out the turn signal and accessories stalks. They're mounted to the dash no the steering column. Neato right?
On a side note...this car is basically the same as the MX6 of the same vintage. Doesn't it use the Mazda 2.2 SOHC truck engine that can be boosted to the moon and back with proper mods?
Yeah i've driven a couple but they had normal hvac. The turn signal stalks took some getting used to. If this had a digital dash i'd be checking the seat cushions.

The trucks had 8-valve engines while the MX6/Probe had the 12-valve engine. The engine is strong and it can take some abuse but within limits of course. I got my Probe GT cheap because the rod bearings went on it, had one heck of a knock from the #1 rod hitting the block stiffening plate.
