If the vac solenoid isn't present or functional, just tie the IMRC actuators open for now.

Sadly, I decided that it was too janky on the 22s for any real run on the track. The car is surprisingly nice. It will be back in Florida soon enough.

Thanks! I will give this a look once we get home with the car.
The wheels Robbie had hit the ball joint so it was run on the 22s or not at all.
I heard the rumors about this, and guess they were true.
