I bought these wheels from another GRMer, who gave me a sweet deal. I now do not have a use for them and will pass the deal on to someone else. They've done nothing but sit in my garage since I bought them in December 2011.
Here are the details from when I bought them:
They are (5) 205/50-15 Hankook Ventus Z214 C30 road racing tires, in good condition. Hardest compound of the Z214's, great for track days. Story goes that two are almost brand new and only have one track day on them. The other three have two track days on them. They have been stored inside for about a year and before that were on a NB Miata. He flat spotted one tire on his second track day so bought a new pair and kept the other as a spare. I bought them a year ago for $550 and never ran them. I had them on the car for about two months and drove on them maybe half a dozen times until my car broke and I switched back to street tires. When I got the car back the clutch was slipping, so I never got to try them out.
Here is a picture from the PO. The wheels are in great condition.
Are those wheels dual bolt pattern?

Yep. They are 4X100 and 4x114.3. Also, the tires are 205/50 R15. No center caps.
oh sonofabitch.
If these last on here...
I really want these but I'm nto gonna have the extra money to buy them for the z for a while yet lol

Looks like they would would work for my application.

Happy to ship. I even have nice wheel boxes that I think they'll fit in (I just bought new 18" wheels for my DD). I'm in 32608. Would you want the fifth tire? If not, the 4 wheel/tire combos should fit nicely in the boxes.
The fifth is very tempting. If I say no, I'll have a blowout shortly after I put them on
I guess since the tire could be shipped separately without any packing necessary it should be a reasonable cost. (maybe under $20?)
Any idea what the shipping would be for at least the 4 wheel/tire combos? I know it can be a hassle to make a separate trip just to get an estimate...
Paypal? Send a cashier's check?

I certainly can just slap a label on the 5th tire. That shouldn't cost much. As for the wheel/tire combos, I'll have to weigh them to get a shipping estimate. The wheels weigh ~15 lbs but I'm not sure what they weigh with the tire. I'll scale them tonight and see what I get.
We can figure out payment after that.
Okay...the wheel/tire combo comes in around 31 lbs, per a somewhat accurate bathroom scale. Given that, retail shipping rates seem to come in around $150 or so. Happy to look at other options if anyone has any.
Sounds reasonable enough. So $550 shipped?
I'll just plan on the 4 wheel/tire combos then. If shipping ends up with some wiggle room and you feel generous, I'll take the fifth tire if it fits in that budget.
I have my own little "toy" fund in cash, so I could go get a cashier's check and send it to you (or) I could do Paypal for convenience, but you get stuck with the 3% fee that way.
email me at veedubtech2003@yahoo.com with your name and address or paypal address to take care of payment.

I guess I don't read this often enough.
I would have been interested and I live in Fl.
Please repost if deal falls through.
I'm still trying to figure out how to ship them to Cone_Junky for a reasonable price. Was out of town for the weekend and plan to figure out a solution this week!
Definitely still interested, so keep me up to date.

If you note the PayPal as a "gift" without using a CC, there's no fee. There is still a fee if a CC is used.

Might help.
Interesting link. Would require sourcing boxes though. For now, I've got a wheel in my trunk and will take that to the shipping location tomorrow hopefully.
Back up for grabs. Shipping from FL to CA is frightfully expensive, so Cone_Junky is passing, understandably.

Hmmm I'm assuming it isn't much cheaper to South Dakota...
How much shipped to 76458?

Reached out to him before I even updated the thread.
