Is there a model number or something I can use to check it out more?
These are somewhat new to me, I'm assuming that this gets welded to a 3/4" shaft and then a 3 hole wheel will fasten to the removable part? Or will I need another adapter?

I don't have a model number. Hocrest, I believe your assumptions are correct but I'm really not an expert on this thing. If one of you wants it please PM me and I will give you my paypal.
