Too wordy. All CL ads should be vague and without a picture. That way you can have all sorts of emails and calls asking simple questions. At least that's what I'm used to seeing
Lets see Craigslist add with Direct, Informative words spelled correctly with clear, in focus, well lit pictures without strange scary crap in the background or reflections and no Tag words. I predict it will be flagged for removal soon as Spam.
