Also check out the classifieds on the Alfa Bulletin Board, 'bargains' (I use the term loosely) like this, crop up quite frequently.

Yep, no such thing as a cheap Alfa ;)

Got a 91 164 for $200 a few years ago, ran good. Cracked windshield. Should have researched that one before I bought. And just because Safelite or whoever says they have it on their website dont believe them for a minute.

Yea, I like 164s, but the idea of being only one peice of gravel away from a $1k repair everytime you drive anywhere doesnt appeal to me all that much. I have a milano, but the glass is less than half that much, and probably easier to find used.
