This is a Primus trailer brake controller. I had it on my Dodge 2500 for 2 years and it was flawless. I have the original Universal Wiring Harness for it (unused) as well as the vehicle specific 3020P for the 1995-2008 Full Size Ram. Paid over $100 for it and another $15 for the Dodge Harness.
$50 for the whole shebang.
