if I could get that titled, would those mods make it terribly impossible to pass Fayette County emissions?

Titling is easy in GA isn't it? I wouldn't know, I am moving down there at the end of the month from MI

do you need emissions for a 86? i might be a year or 2 behind...

BTW, I live in Newton County=no emissions. Also, I don't have to have a title to tag in a 1985. Also, it was gone when I called so I didn't even get a chance to check it out.
