I see so many appliances and filing cabinets at the curb I wouldn't think you need much further documentation, but I'm also not a previous challenge participant so I don't think my opinion super carries weight :)

I just bought this for $370. Probably over paid but should be close to everything I need for a PI swap.

You may want to check the stamping on that engine with local law enforcement prior to installing it. The seller you purchased it from sells a lot of trailers without title at a very low cost noting that he's looking for a quick sale.
It doesn't affect the value of the engine as you do not know the circumstances and certainly did not at the time of purchase, but you don't want to be on the wrong end of finding out you installed a stolen engine into your project.
