Nope. It's not correct.
Unless the junk motor was used in some way that effected the budget. For example, if the block was used as a trade-in core.
Or like Stampie said- if it was part of a purchase. (For example, parts car came with a non-running engine. That engine is in the budget unless the whole parts car is removed from the budget)

It's been a weird year...
Anyway our budget is solid, the new shop is amazing, and the truck should be a contender.
