My boys and I are really excited to play this year (our first time). We'll arrive in Gainesville long before registration. Can we disconnect our trailer and set-up a canopy/chairs by the autocross? We will be staying at the hotel (not camping).

The schedule page says gates open at 7 am on Saturday. See here. I don't think you can get into the track before that.
And welcome! What are you and your boys bringing? I live here but am dragging our unfinished FC RX-7 to the hotel early Friday morning to get help finishing it!

You can't get into the the track before registration opens unless you're camping, so just show up Saturday morning and enjoy.
