We were really bummed to not be able to make it this year. We had a marathon effort right up until the end, but it just wasn't in the cards.

You know, if you would just stop putting turbos on everything you wouldn't break transmissions.............
Nelson family knowledge drop of the day
Use a longer transmission because then your driveshaft can be shorter and cheaper.

Until your driveshaft angles suck so bad, you eat ujoints like I eat ibuprofen in the morning...

Careful with that. I got prescribed enough motrin in the military that it actually made me allergic to it, woke up one day puking so bad that eventually I was throwing up water, horrible stomach pains, enough stomach acid through my throat that it changed my voice for a week or so while it healed. My GI tract hasn't been right since and heartburn is an instant away.

Have we built a (any) car(s) that make(s) you suspect that driveshaft angles are not correct?

YouTube. The car was part of a video series. It has a strong following in the 4200 world.
That's awesome. I'm always impressed with the quality of the equipment that your family creates!
Hope to see you all at next years event!
