I've been talking to the Wreck Racing crew from Georgia Tech about giving a presentation on how to give presentations. The whole group of them are deep in that part of their lives where they have to give presentations about their work constantly and the way in which they present at the Challenge has benefits for everyone who wants to do better in the concourse.
Can we figure out a time to slip them a stack of pizza and have them give a 15 minute presentation and question/answer session? Maybe Friday under the pavilion before it's stuffed with people?
Tom, what does the schedule look like? Where can I get pizza?

5 star pizza is the only answer for pizza.

You're welcome, i know where all the good food is
Rule #1 of presentations: PowerPoint has approximately 1.2 million colors, fonts, effects, animations, frames, and backgrounds. Use 2 of them, max.
There was talk of trying to do a Q&A for aero (with me) and suspension (with AngryCorvair) out by the pool side. That might be a way to make it informal and not require much in the way of scheduling.

Great idea!
They can do it Thursday in the hotel parking lot if they're there?

What night? They're staying at the host hotel and do like to hang out by the pool. My plan is to provide pizza for them and that will expand to all present until it runs out. If we can get this together I think we can organize quite the group of experts.
I arrive Thursday afternoon and have zero prep for Friday, so anything is on the table.
My vote is for Saturday after banquet
I can talk aero anytime. If I really get going, I have some fun stories from my years of traveling for races too.
Following-Love the idea of experts giving talks at GRM.
There is a ton of knowledge at this event, and learning is half the fun.
