Looking for TWO rims, 17 x 11" (1st choice) or 17 x 10.5" (2nd choice), with about 7" backspace, on a Challenge budget. These are for a $2019 car, so no great rush. finish not important. style is *marginally* important.
5 x 120 mm or 5 x 4.75" would be ideal but other 5-lug can be accommodated via spacer / adapter, structurally sound / not crashed is all my friend really cares about.
Following because I need something similar...
I have a pair of 17” C5 wagon wheels for $50. I believe they’re 17x10 though.

i think the wagon wheels were 17x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rear
It sounds like “your friend” is looking for something like a c4 grand sport rear wheel.
