Like it says, looking for a Holset HX-40.
I actually have a Holset HE351 that's in like-new condition (I've never run it) to trade or sell, too. It's similar to an HX-35 (compressor side is actually a bit bigger). It's got a T3 flange, internal wastegate and a forward facing outlet. The turbine housing is NOT divided, as well.
