The wheels are not correct for a SVT. Those look like standard Contour wheels. Most likely 15's as the SVT got 16x6.5. I owned a 2000 SVT. I am also in the Chicago area so I might be able to look at this if anyone is interested.

On the Peoria one (Green), the ad mentions a 6 SP trans. NO! There was only a 5sp trans. The only Ford of that era that I know got a 6sp was the follow on Focus SVT.
