I have an s4 13b engine, ran when pulled. I purchased it from wvumtnbkr. I probably will never do anything with it and need cash for a car I found. $200
Also have 3 early rotary transmissions, one has been modified to move the shifter forward. $75 each or $150 for all 3.
Can take pictures if there is interest.
I might take you up on these...if I ever fine something to put them in...

Accidentally ran across a Peugeot 504 for sale.
If I were closer (or going to be up your way anytime soon) I'd likely want the engine myself. Don't have an immediate application for it, but they're easy enough to tuck away in a corner and it's what I'd like to replace the D's PRV with when it eventually bites it (OK ok, so I'd LIKE a 20B or a Renesis, but I'm also somewhat realistic... 
).
I could probably arrange transportation with someone down your way if they are going to the next rallycross (wae).
If you want to get that 13b to a DC rallycross instead I'll buy it.
For now if someone else is interested in it they can have it- at the moment I don't really have a way to transport it back even from wae or eastsidemav's places (SWMBO would likely not be pleased with my using her Mariner for it 
). That may change depending on what I end up with as a winter beater though, since SUVs seem to be popping up quite often on my radar...
