Thanks... By missing hardware do you mean the centers are missing? ...or is there just some of the bolts missing?
In reply to xflowgolf: I don't have the centers but I meant there are 4 bolts missing. Not sure what happened there, that's just the way I got them.
There should be a number stamped in the center by the lugbolts. Since these are RS, it should be something like "RS001".
VERY sought after wheels in that bolt pattern.
They are worth more than your asking price.
You can buy all the parts needed from BBS directly, except the bolts.
In reply to Slippery: I think this is what you mean. Two are RS and two are RM. Am I way off on price? I'm not too hung up on it since I essentially got them for free and they're taking up space.
If you had the complete set of RS001s and they had no cracks on the back barrels, they would be worth $1500.
I would post them on the r3vlimited classifieds for $1300 as is. Assuming all thats missing are the 4 bolts and the center waffles.
As a matter of fact I have (4) BBS bolts for the RS ones. If you sell them, let me know and I will ship them to you.
I agree a full set of RS's is worth a good bit, but a mismatched set of 2 RM's, and 2 RS's will be worth significantly less.
The RM's are a 2 piece, vs. the RS 3-piece, and the face design is different as well.
Without the waffle centers/caps, and without being a full set, they're going to be hard to sell for big money.
All good info. I'm not looking to make big money off of them, just making room in the garage. With everything that's been mentioned, I think the asking price is reasonable.
Ebay is your friend. Buy the 4 bolts that cost almost no money and sell in pairs on ebay. Copy the text from someones well written ad and count your christmas coin. I would bet bare minimum 200 each with some general shipping additional.
What you have is probably worth $900, e30 guys don't like RMs because they have to much offset and they are only two piece. They would sell pretty quickly on stanceworks or VWVortex at $900 or $900 shipped. Cost you $90 to ship them most everywhere in the US.
I have a stack of these and try to not sell them since they fit MKIs perfectly lol.
