Yup, looks a lot like a Shay. IIRC, they mostly had Pinto 2.3L

I had never heard of a "Shay" so google taught me this:

Apparently the Shay was authorized by Ford.

Upon closer inspection, I don't think it's a "SHAY". Look at the front end pic.... Those look like leaf spring shackles to me.....

The Shay had Independent front suspension from a Pinto. Notice the Steering Rack boots in the pick below:

That is a Glassic later called Replicar. It was a fiberglass car mounted on an International Harvester truck frame.
