That's the gas can...gravity feed.

Bingo. I'm not convinced that the fuel pump is kaput, it operates vacuum lines for the windshield wipers as well, and if you don't get ALL the lines hooked up correctly, it doesn't work like it should. I haven't taken the time to trouble shoot it, but few lines that are connected look like they're previous owner modifications. Until someone gets the fuel pump sorted out, its gravity fed.

It is awesome. If you haven't looked at the pictures on photobucket, check it out for hand-lettered advertising all over it (kind of hard to see in the craigslist ad if you're not looking for it).

When we talked about this jeep a while back...I passed your info along to the guy I know who says he's on the lookout for a "flat fender." I'll remind him of it again just in case...
