Rust would be my only concern.
as a Michigander I can say that already looks very appealing from a rust standpoint.
Getting harder and harder to find these in shortbed fleetside configuration for cheap.
If it was in NC for the entire time and wasn't down at the coast, probably not too bad.
That body might be begging to get dropped on a later frame.
it have a 350 motor 411 gears flow masters and headers 480 left cam
I wonder what it uses for the right cam?
It is just me... does it look like it you can see the trees through the wheel gap in the rear? (indicating the lack of bed floor/wheel wells)
I can look at it if anybody is considering it.
SCARR, I noticed that, too. Hence, my comment about the rust. However, a rusty bed isn't a big deal if the cab and frame are still in good shape.
In reply to SCARR:
Nope, I saw that, as well. But maybe he is/was running a narrowed rear end.
My more pressing concern is the fact that I don't see any cab corners on it.
The part that's missing from the bed just unbolts, so its maybe not like that because of rust. The cab looks pretty bad though.
ehh, for $2k I'm not impressed unless the motor is freshly built and done really well, or the entire suspension has been reworked. Those are still fairly common in these parts.
Now if it was a big block OTOH...
