Drop the engine and tranny from a Mustang in there (like owner mentions) 302 T-5 and Rock this ride!
If I wasn't already going this evening to get a Challenge car. But Sunday I'll be within 15 minutes of it. I can always tear down the fence to fit more cars out front.
Forget the challenge, for a second. Get the 2.0 ecoboost and controls package from a Summitt for $5k6, grab a NC miata transmission and have a hell of a car.
Can the rear end take +350 lb-ft?
