Here's what we have for sale.

Its our beloved Condor Speed Shop 1975 BMW 2002. We've let it sit too long...

We built it for the 2011 GRM Challenge.

It has a full e30 suspension including both e30 subframes, transmission tunnel, pedal assembly, steering wheel mount & firewall swap. (motor & trans are not included) Includes the modified driveshaft for the M20. Still needs rust repair in a few areas. The shock towers need to be moved forward about 4 inches to correct the caster. Its completely stripped, and has lexan 1/4 windows. Gutted doors. I will include 2 sets of spare doors with the purchase.

Our current asking price is below the price we paid for the 2002 shell($420) and the parts car($400) we used to make the full suspension conversion.

Take it for $500

Extra Parts $300 - full original 2002 front and rear subframes with swaybars, struts, hubs & brakes, trailing arms and axles(no rust)

$300 - NEW weld in 4 point rollcage.(new includes main hoop and front bars)

$300 - used fiberglass widebody kit, includes 2 sets of front fenders & 1 set of rears. (Needs fiberglass work.) I will include this with the car for a total $870 (same cost we paid and is on our build sheet)

If you are interested in continuing the build for the GRM challenge, (which is what we'd love to see)i'll be happy to sell you some of our go fast parts(wide 5 15x10 wheels with custom 4x100 adapters & 275 45 15 Hoosier A6s Volvo turbo, etc... for what we paid for them.) Of course you'd also receive our build spreadsheet ...

Give me a fair offer, and its all yours. email me with questions c.joaquin.mendez@gmail.com

That is such a cool car. Wish I had room for a another project/ SWMBO won't kill me if I got another car...

I don't guess an old not running MB 300TD counts as a valid trade...

Out of curiousity, what are the current caster numbers?

I know this holds no bearing, but i wish i was close enough to make this an option.

I'd finish it off like this: .

Of course... after i stuffed my favorite engine in it.

Bummer to see you're selling it, but I hope it gets back in action with a new owner. Are you guys building something new for $2013, or moving on?

Good luck!

Bryce

Me too, i'd love to see it built up again.

We have been focused on road racing with NASA, and currently are building our 3rd e30 chump car... as much fun as the challenge is, we can't justify building it up... but, we may consider competing in the chump car class if we finish it in time.
