So... i would expect to be replacing all 4 wheel bearings, rear end, brakes... anything else?

That 442 is most likely a V6. Not that is necessarily a bad thing but the majority of 442's from that era are V6's w/either AT or 4-speed MT. Had some friends that had those when they were new and all were V6's. Swivel bucket seats too.
