up for sale is my RX7 made in November 1978. car is located in Delaware and I only accept cash as I need a new car fast.
I was using the car as my daily driver but unfortunately i was clipped into a guard rail on Dec 21 2012. The wole front of the car was ruined. It is still drivable but the windshield is spider webbed and there is no longer a passenger side head light. Everything else works just fine
the car was swapped from the original 5 speed 12a to a 6 speed LS1/T56 and I did the stage 5 grannies 8.8 rear end kit with 3.73 gears. I also have the only V8 mounted on the respeed rack and pinion kit. I also have pretty much every respeed part on this car so FD brakes, coil overs, huge sway bar etc. The car has a beautiful interior except the seat which are the mazdaspeed racing seats and the factory carpet is just 34 years old.
I am selling the car complete since I have no where to part it. If I could part it, itd be worth easily $7k imho. price is slightly firm at $3k.
I do not know the mileage of the car but I would say it is near 160k with the motor and tranny being at 65k the entire build has 3k on it but once again the front end was destroyed imo.
I have till new years day to dispose of the car or my lovely family will have it sent for scrap at $300. I really dont want to let this gem get smashed and I sure as hell dont want $300 for it. so please tell your friends, someone has to want to make a profit from this. Title is clean as the incident was never reported thanks to shiny happy person for leaving me on the side of the road (jerk who hit me)
