Well, it's time to say goodbye to a dear friend.
This little corolla has been my daily transport for about the last 10 years. Totall reliable, other than basic maintenance, water pump, alternator and a clutch, I've not had to replace anything.
I don't want to sell it on Craigslist so here it is.
Running, driving, take it home today at a challenge friendly $500.00.
I'll even throw in the full set of Advan Racing dish wheels. These are the ones that look like reel-to-reel tape reels.
Also, there is a set of Diamond Racing Wheels, 15" x 7" that can go with it for an extra fee.
Car has old-style Koni reds in the front struts and Competition Engineering adjustable shocks in the rear.
250,000 kms on the 3TC engine, no smoke, no bad stuff and it's got a T-50 manual transmission. It had some rust in the rockers, wheel arches and door bottoms but no gaping holes yet.
I'm in Langley, British Columbia Canada.

Also has the coveted "Hellafunctional" decal on the hatch!
Aaaaarrrggghhhhhh....why is canada soooo big?
Aaaaaarrrggghhhhh X 2.
Coming to Ohio anytime soon?
only a 41 hour trip...awesome
Oh E36 M3.
Think it would drive back to Indianapolis?

I don't really want to talk about that car.
Only 2,537 miles away. Not that I checked or anything.

I wouldn't hesitate to drive it across the country tomorrow.
I jusr replaced the front brakes, idler arm and pitman arm a month ago.
The only reason I'm getting rid of it is that I bought a Vovlo wagon because I needed the extra room since my mom lives with us now and I have a big dog.
The price is decent because it's for the GRM folk. If I put it on Craigslist, I'd be asking $1000.

How hard is it to get a canadian car licensed in the US? Tho, it's older than 25 years so I could slap collector plates on it and call it a day....
Hmmm...drive my brick up to Canada, come back with Corolla. Tempting.
If someone wants to "offset" the purchase by selling me those Advans, DIBS!!! I've been desperately yearning for a set of those for a LONG time.

Just ship it! That's how I got my car sent the 30 hour trip from Toronto to Saskatoon.

1000$ shipping, 500$ car..... HM. I'd be able to offset that if I hocked those rims, buuuut... those rims are the awesome.
You could drive it home for $400 or less, though.
Words cannot explain how badly i want to fly and drive this thing, but time is a big problem right now.
Delivery could be arranged for a price. Unfortunately that price would not be cheaper than an auto shipping company but I can absolutely guarantee no damage to the car.
Our shop offers a "white glove" delivery service for our cars.
