This IS mine. I'm located midway between KC and STL in Columbia, Missouri.

It has a bad engine (rod knocked until it quit...and it's done). This is the AE71 chassis Corolla that is set up for an A engine with rack and peanut steering. It has an auto trans in it.

It has some rust and a bit of hail dammage. It's definitely a project. The interior is pretty nice, actually.

For $500, it will come with: A 3TC engine, T50 (I think) 5 speed transmission, and driveshaft.

We could also work a package deal to include my '82 Wagon that is beat up (fender bender in front and general beat-upness) that is running, driving, and has been serving daily driver duty for the past 3+ years or so.

I'm hoping someone will buy this so I don't feel compelled to do something with it ;). If BA/BE was more logistically feasible, I'd be all over it with this car.

That's RWD, correct?

Yes, they are both RWD.

That wagon is one of the many GRMer owned vehicles that I have been lusting after for quite some time. It's the same old story though, I'm too financially impaired at the moment.

Where"s that Jassics guy? I'll bet he"d snatch this up...

Indeed! That's the reason I own it.

It really is a neat little car. If I don't sell it, i'll put the 3TC and 5 speed in it and have a great little get-around car and maybe even do a little autocrossing or something.

But anyway...yeah, it's Rear Drive and I understand that pretty much any suspension upgrade for an AE86 car also works on this one.

This week I'm ready to move some stuff to make room for the roundy-round car I'm planning to drag home.

Ready to wheel and deal...sell or trade. Make me an offer!

I'm working on getting my van/trailer rig in shape...so it's possible delivery that doesn't requrie vacation time could be arranged.

And I'm VERY interested in trades.

A welder
A 327 or 350 small block Chevy
Most motorcycle stuff (Streat/dirt/dual purpose)
Some parts to help make my hobby stock effort work (clutch, steel bellhousing, helmet, carburetors, rearend stuff, shocks, etc).

Small block required for racing rules or cost? Got a couple 5.3L LSx truck engines is why I ask. Would have to look to see if I have any old SBC stuff. Should have a couple of 4-bbl intakes for quadrajets, but not sure what else.

What sort of rear end? Like disk brake P71 or GM 10 bolt? Maybe Lincoln IRS? Got a complete B-body (I think, Caprice) chassis sitting around with no body looking for a home if that's the class you run in.

The 3TC is not the one in the wagon, but the wagon would have one as well, right? How bad is the wagon?

I need another project like a hole in the head.

Wanna bring the wagon and that thing to MN for me? I haven't given the wife a reason to divorce me recently, a pair of corollas older than her should do nicely.

OOG: I could probably be interested in some LS? goodness for other reasons. The classes I want to run in circletrack racing do require "vintage" SBC stuff, though. 10 bolt rearends with good gears, could be good. 9" ford stuff too. I'm just getting started, so open to what comes along.

There are 2 3TCs...one in the wagon and one ready for the '83. So...you've got the right idea.

mndsm...I'm all for wrecking marriages...but not so much stressful tows to foreign (albeit awesome) places (that are that far away).
