hardly any information in the ad, but I spot a full cage, battery relocate, header, a couple sets of wheels, race seat, harness, and stripped interior....as well as evidence that it used to have number plates and sponsor stickers on it some time ago.
Looks like a nice start for a challenge car, actually. Or a LeMons if the price came down.
It took me a minute to figure out what he meant by "berkeley springs" - I thought that meant it was riding the bump stops or something. 
Hrmm... it's a GTS, too.
