That's close enough to where I sit to warrant a Google Reverse Image Search, which leads me here:

Scam...
makes me chuckle a bit:
"absolutely killer 454ci 7.4 liter, (V8), the 3 speed automatic transmission and a 3.73 rear axle ratio helped trust the 454 beast under the hood, the engine (90 Model) produced a maximum of 230hp"
....thinking about how this "absolutely killer 7.4L....beast" makes less horsepower than a Hyundai Sonata Sport does these days.

Not saying I agree with the killer thing, but the sonata makes 245hp/260lb-ft, where the SS makes 239hp/385lb-ft. I think if you drove one you'd find that the extra 125lb-ft makes quite a difference. Just sayin'
I drove one of those back in the day. It will make tire smoke all day long, but it fell on it's face after about 2500rpm, from what I recall. IMO, not enough performance to justify the terrible gas mileage. Even back then.

Chevy just shoved the 3/4 & 1-ton engine into a 1/2 ton and threw decals on it. In 1990 that was sort of a big deal, most cars had quite a bit less power. Plus the 7.4L made the torque and power at ridiculously low rpms (torque was at 1800 rpms).
The 7.4L was made to pull heavy loads and trailers. Don't think your Sonata would do that very well, not what it was intended for. Just as the 454 SS wasn't a racecar either.
More related to OP, it surprises me how much they are asking for the 454 SS trucks. I just don't see how they should be getting that kind of money for them (if they are actually getting it, don't know for sure).
I think they added O/D for 1991. Adding a later 8.1L (496) Vortec would be a fun way to spend lots of money on tires.
