Fantastic deal, change the timing belt and associated and drive it until the wheels fall off.
Vinyl seats should mean a four speed manual, but if there's anything left to the rockers, that's a screaming deal.

4-speed and TBI? I bought one for $1k 15 years ago, and it was one of the most mind-numbingly boring cars I've ever driven. 0-60 in 3.9 days.

There's a full K24 motor on the same CL region for peanuts too... $2500ish (including car) would make this REALLY fun...
