1990 Mazda Miata - $1200 (Fayetteville) 1990 Mazda Miata Runs and handles extremely well and is extremely dependable. It has never left me stranded and it has cold AC. It has been the best and most dependable car I have ever owned and I plan to buy a newer one someday soon.
I am the 2nd owner and have owned it about 14 years. It has been my everyday driver for that entire time and still is. It has always had regular (3000 mile) oil changes it now has about 314,000 to 320,000 miles. The speedometer and odometer stopped working about 3 years ago or so at 269,000. The High beam "ON" switch stopped working about a year ago but the momentary high beam switch still works. It needs a new top badly. It also needs a driver side light switch and will need new tires soon.
It has several dings, dents and scratches and the original red paint is oxidized but it does not look too bad when waxed. The left rear quarter panel was repainted during the original owners time. Someone backed into him. The engine still has very good oil pressure apx. 30lb at 3000 rpm when the oil is hot and apx. 50lb at 2000 rpm when the oil is cold using 10w30. The car does not smoke and I would not hesitate to drive it across country today.
