I've got a 1990 Smurf Blue miata with 190kish miles on the car that I bought awhile back for the wife to drive but she wanted the interior replaced before she'd drive it. Supposedly the motor was replaced by the previous owner around 150k with a junkyard mill with 90k on it and from what I've seen that looks to be about right. That puts the motor at about 130k now. I replaced the t-belt/water pump when I bought the car then it got tucked in the back of the garage for the last year while I looked for a deal on interior parts. Finally found a deal on the parts and it's all been replaced with nicer used seats/belts/carpet from a car a local NASA guy is turning into a spec track car. When the interior was out I POR-15's the slight surface rust I found, metal was definately still very solid though. Car has a newer top that is watertight though the rear plastic window is a bit faded. Tires are in OK shape. The car has a clean title. No rust on the driver's rocker, slight lower rust on the passenger rocker. Paint is generally in good shape with a few nicks/dents as you'd expect at this age, she's a good 8 footer though. The car drives great considering the mileage on it.
The issues with the car are 1) smokes until warm now since it's been sitting. 99% sure it just needs valve seals as it had light smoke on cold startup when we bought it and probably just dried out sitting. 2) Drivers fender is wrinkled but inner fender looks ok. 3) stereo is not installed but I have a nice sony unit that can come with the car (tombstone isn't installed in the interior pics bc I was going to wait to get the stereo in first) 4) fuel sender stopped working after I pulled the dash so I must have missed a connector, should be an easy fix. 5) gauge hood connections broke when trying to reinstall because of old plastic so new one is needed.

Car is located in Kansas City, MO but I could trailer it to meet someone if I needed to. I'm asking $1300 but am willing to negotiate a bit.
