I know these are a rare bird, and this one is not in the best of shape but it is challenge priced. Not mine.

Original Poster said: It's time to part with my ST185 Toyota Celica All Trac project. This was Toyota's rally car built to compete with the Subaru WRX, Audi, and Mistu Evo of the day. It has all wheel drive and comes with the bulletproof 3SGTE turbo 2.0 liter four cylinder from the MR2. This motor is basically a 2JZGTE like in the twin turbo supra, but with two fewer cylinders. As it sits now, the engine and transmission have been removed and stored in my garage in preparation for a mega horsepower build that never happened. With the exception of a leaky heater core, everything on the car worked properly and it ran quite well when I pulled the engine. This was only done as the start of a project. It was stored on a paved driveway for a couple of years while I was prepping it and collecting performance parts, and has recently been moved to my new house. Between work, bills, and too many other projects, it's becoming clear it'll be a loooong time before I get around to putting her back together. I'd rather see her go to a good home where she'll be put back on the road before she starts to rot out from sitting. THE GOOD: -A USDM 3SGTE with VERY low mileage (it's either under 2500 or 25,000... i forget but will look for the documentation which may have been lost in the move) -A USDM all wheel drive 5 speed manual tranny, also with very low mileage (same deal with the paperwork for this) -Cylinder head extrude honed by JUN -Beautiful and rare JDM front clip... check out the pics... not like the ugly US front fascia (stock one included) -2 extra trannies, one disassembled for another project, but still complete -Tein suspension and c's short throw shifter already installed (I have the stock springs, as well) -95% complete... I have almost everything needed to reassemble it -A brand new radiator still in box -Everything worked 100% when I pulled the motor: climate control, no check engine lights, etc -Lightweight aluminum JDM front bumper (I stock one also included) -A low-mileage ct26 turbo -A 1st gen air-to-water intercooler (much better horsepower handling than the stock air-to-air, although I have two or three of those I will include) -I still have a JDM stainless aftermarket header, performance brake pads, braided steel clutch line, and possibly a few other performance goodies that i will include -Clean title and carfax report -Rare metallic silver/gold paint. Only 51 made with this color, I believe. THE BAD: -Obviously, the engine and trans are out of the car and it will need towed -The heater core has a leak and will need replaced (or bypassed) -Being that I started this project and then moved, the pile of parts and nuts and bolts also got moved... without taking stock I'm pretty sure the injectors were lost and there will probably be some odds and ends (nuts, bolts, hoses, etc) that have disappeared. Nothing major, but it is definitely a project. -The tires are shot from sitting, and the rims are just plain ugly and heavy, not to mention curbed up a bit -There is a fist sized parking lot dent near the rear tail light that was poorly repaired by a bodyman I will no longer use (although painted quite well and not very noticeable... see pic), also a scuff on the corner of the rear bumper -It has the usual issues of a car this age: a little surface rust spots around the sunroof and frame rails (NO rot yet, so it's still good), and wear on the driver's side seat bolster I can email high res pics of the car and undercarriage if interested. This car will be a great project for someone who's into Toyotas. It still has a ton of potential to make lots of reliable horsepower and turn heads... you won't see another one of these on the road, esp in this color. But because it shares its parts with the MR2 and regular Celica, parts are relative easy to find and cheap. I have over $10k invested in the car, new motor/trans, machine work, etc. The price is $1500 firm. Location: near carlisle
