Yes I own this car and can answer your questions, I prefer not to since it is a $500 Miata. The car has 196k miles on it, yes I have a clean title.
Problems:
Radiator leaks
Two top shock mount studs are broken off
Rusty
The fenders are cut to clear 275/35-15
Not all the gauges work
Wiring was shoved into place to make it run quickly
Headlights don't work not sure about turn signals
Power steering deleted, not the proper way.
Clutch engages high
Good:
Runs
Can come with as many spares parts as you can carry.
Wheels are some type of saturn wheels with 2008 Toyo RA1
Has the Koni coilover setup on all but one corner, the fourth shock was bent in an accident. It can be rebuilt I believe. I changed it out with a koni sport shock, it isn't installed properly I just wanted the car to be able to be moved around.

Yes, like I said you can have as many spare parts that you can fit in your vehicle. Trust me $500 would be a steal for the spare parts available. I just don't feel like making a list or taking pictures currently.
