Selling my baby. 1991 Beyrl Green 900 SPG. Car has 242xxx miles on it but still runs good. No grinds in any of the gears. Car does show its age unfortunately. There is rust on the front right fender and some spots starting on the trunk. The headliner is sagging and the drivers seat seams either have let go or are going. Some cracks in the dash and the carpets could use some cleaning. I had the hood repainted last fall as the clear coat was peeling and now there is a spot on the roof where the clear coat is starting to peel. The gas gauge doesnt work and the abs light is on and there is a shake in the front end at highways speed. Has the 15 inch SPG wheels with good tires. Located in Green Bay, WI. Asking $2000.

Aw, major want. Though I think it's a touch steeply priced and, worse, I am a couple weeks away from doing anything since I just accidentally bought another Mercedes.

^Beryl green SPGs bring a premium as there were only 109 of them.

If the body is solid/decent and it isn't about to puke the trans $2000 isn't bad for any c900 turbo, particularly a rare one like this.

Rare color, beautiful car, and relatively close by, too! I agree that the price is a bit steep, though, even considering the rarity. Few too many issues for two grand. Then again, you might find the perfect buyer for it. Probably would have been me, 6 months ago. Nevertheless, good luck, and I hope it sells!

As with everything, the $2000 price is just a starting point. SPG prices are all across the board so I was pricing this to the best of my ability, especially since I just so happen to have beyrl green car.

It can be difficult to post when your canoe is rocking back and forth.

No grindy gears. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. As a referance I got mine for about 1/3 that price. Zero body rust, rough interior and zero syncro on second gear and one busted engine mount

Yeah, I am looking for one around the grand mark. The color means zero to me. But rust and the driving issues...

From my searching body rust is a big indicator of hidden issues. My body appears rust free, it came from salt free Colorado, but it still has the classic rust starting by th eRH front LCA mount / frame rail. I knew about this when I bought it, but any car with visible body rust is probably in bad shape down there.

I love the car though, and as I said I'm jelouse of a real life operational 2nd gear syncro!
