This IS my car and I am affiliated. Advertised locally for $2350, but I'd be willing to let it go for $2000 for a quick sale to a GRM'er. Not in a real rush, but figured I'd see if I could sell it before Christmas.

1993 Mazda Miata, 5spd, White/Tan with Tan Leather, PW, PM, Cold A/C, 215k miles, Factory Viscous Limited Slip Diff, Larger brakes from 94 Miata with Hawk HPS Pads. AM/FM Cassette with Ipod tape adapter.

Purchased the car from the original owner in 2005 with 165k miles in Southern California (NO rust). It was always garaged and I have all the original owner’s records. A/C works great. Clean Title in hand. No accidents, except one hardly noticeable parking lot bump to the right rear bumper cover. Everything works. Clear rear plastic window installed in 2005. Great top. Timing belt replaced at 145k miles. Oil and filters done every 3000 miles (have records). Always garaged by original owner and me. Larger 94 Miata brakes installed with Hawk HPS pads and brand new rotors all around. Stock Aluminum rims off of a 96 Miata give it a newer look. Tires are in good shape, all 4 match. Cam Cover painted red to give it a sporty look. No other upgrades other than the brakes. Completely stock! 1.6L 4cyl gets 30mpg on regular fuel

Issues: Very few really… Driver’s seat has some typical tears in the leather from wear (Passenger seat is perfect). A few exterior dings. A few small chips in the windshield (not noticeable, not growing). Occasional cold start lifter rattle (common on Miatas). Someone bumped the right rear bumper leaving a hardly noticeable blemish. Top has a small worn spot at front right. The paint (topcoat only) has flaked off a bit on the windshield frame on the passenger side exposing the primer (See pic). Paint flaking is a common problem on the early Miatas that usually shows up on the hood or trunk. The original owner had the hood and trunk repainted about 8 years ago so they are perfect.

This would make a great Christmas gift or a fun second car! It is 100% reliable. I have not had to do any major maintenance at all since I bought it and it has served me great every day. My wife and I love the car, but I just bought a newer Miata to replace this one with and I don’t really need 2 Miatas! It is only driven to work and back and has never been abused. You won’t find a better taken care of Miata.

Car is on the south side of Jacksonville, Fl off Racetrack Rd. E-mail me at claymclendon(at)hotmail.com for more info.

Nice ride. No bonus this year pretty much kills it for me. At least we have a lot of work right now.

If you still have it after x-mas, I would be more than happy to come down and take it off your hands.

Just e-mail me when you are interested in checking it out. It may well still be here as I'm not really in a hurry other than to free up the garage spot!

Well, I'm interested in checking it out early this afternoon, but I'm in Ohio...

I am seriously interested in the car, though. I'm on shutdown at work for the next 3 weeks, so a road-trip would be no problem. Will e-mail you in a bit...

You'll need to log in to post.
