How many does this seat,and how bad is the hole in the frame? I assume this is the typical New England rot from the salt that the spread like it is going out of style.

it seats 5 and yeah it's a combo of typical New England weather and Chevy body panels
here's the frame. it's passenger side at the cab mount behind the front wheel.
